Hello dear community member! I know you are probably looking for brain-based, child-led, nature-forward occupational therapy services in the heart of South Minneapolis. That's what we were until very recently....and we are excited to say....Nature Kids Therapy is pivoting! Limited Medicaid funding? Major health insurances such as Health Partners, Medica, and Ucare not giving us contracts? No problem! While we are no longer taking clients for traditional occupational therapy clients due to the current third party payor circumstances, we are doubling down and even more determined to being a vital resource for our South Minneapolis community for neurodivergent kids and their families. We are now transitioning into Nature Kids Therapy Art Center! Now focused on providing a sensory-aware, neuro-inclusive third place for the whole family, we offer affordable memberships for toddlers, children, and teen / adults to access our sensory aware Open Play and Ceramic Studio and still get the nervous system education you need to help your family thrive. These offerings are a great alternative while you are on all those long OT waitlists. We are revamping our website and building out our ceramic studio coming in early February.
